Poinsettias Upcycle Tag

 I love poinsettias.  I can't resist stamps and dies of poinsettias and love making cards and tags with them.  So today's tag is inspired by the 25 Days of Christmas Tags Blog Hop with Ardyth Percy-Robb .  These tags of course center around my favorite flower.

My tags are made from upcycled corrugated cardboard boxes. I saw this done by Elizabeth Craft Designs and loved it.  After peeling some of the top layer off I mixed some texture paste with glitter to give the surface some sparkle. (You can see it a little better in these close-ups.)

Then I attached my poinsettias with the beaded centers, sentiment tag, and some ribbon and done!  I see many of these tags in my future.  I certainly have plenty of Amazon boxes to work with.

Christmas Tags

 Today I am so excited to have found some time to start making tags again! In past years I have always missed TraceyMcNeely's "25 Days of Christmas Tags".  This year I started following her on Instagram so I knew when it was starting.  She and her design team didn't disappoint.  It's only day 3 and I have been very inspired.  My first tag is inspired by a Day 1 tag by Cheryl Knutti.

I have been trying to scrap my stash during COVID so I used stamps that I had as well las my Creative Memories pinecone punch.

Can't wait to post more tags!
